Q - Are all recieved messages put straight to the screen?
A- They can be if required but NO, Messages appear in your inbox and you then choose to either, Approve, Reject or Edit and approve each individual message.
Q - Can i run the software on my own machine?
A - Yes as long as your machine meets the minimum system requirements as detailed on the download page, please contact us for a trial version and access to a trial SMS account.
Q - Can i use my existing shortcode & keyword?
A - Yes this may be possible, please contact us with details of your current provider and we can advise further.
Q - Do i have to sign up to a long expensive service contract?
A - No, currently the shortcode and keywords are on a minimum of 3 months, this can then be canceled with one months notice.
